摘　　要：为提升电火花加工技术的精度,设计一款龙门式精密电火花加工机床。首先介绍机床的总体结构设计,其次详细阐述机床运动系统设计,分析控制系统的总体架构、电机控制策略以及伺服精度控制策略,最后设计与开发控制软件,以期为精密电火花加工机床的开发与改进提供有益参考与指导。In order to improve the precision of electrical discharge machining technology,a gantry type precision electrical discharge machining machine tool is designed.Firstly,the overall structure design of the machine tool is introduced.Secondly,the machine tool motion system design is elaborated,the overall structure of the control system is analyzed,the motor control strategy and the servo precision control strategy are analyzed.Finally,the control software is designed and developed,in order to provide useful reference and guidance for the development and improvement of precision electrical discharge machining machine tools.
