中空吹塑机中电动壁厚控制系统的设计及应用

摘　　要：分析传统的电液壁厚控制器的优缺点,在此基础上设计电动壁厚控制系统。该系统能够在中空吹塑机中实现电动伺服壁厚控制,已批量生产并应用于实际设备生产。实际应用结果表明,电动壁厚控制系统完全满足中空吹塑产品壁厚控制的高精度、高响应、易操作、高性价比的要求,达到了中空吹塑设备行业的先进水平。Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional electro-hydraulic wall thickness controller,the electric wall thickness control system is designed.This system can realize electric servo wall thickness control in hollow blow molding machine,and has been mass produced and applied to actual equipment production.The practical application results show that the electric wall thickness control system fully meets the requirements of high precision,high response,easy operation and high cost performance of the wall thickness control of hollow blow molding products,and reaches the advanced level of the hollow blow molding equipment industry.
