摘　　要：针对传统锚杆成孔钻具在松散土层中存在的孔径缩小、孔壁不稳定和施工效率低下等问题,对双翼弧平式长螺旋锚杆成孔钻具进行改进和优化,开发一种新型成孔钻具。该钻具设计有双翼三角板钻头和弧平式旋板,有效提高了成孔的准确性和对土壤位移的控制,从而显著提高了锚杆的安装质量和施工效率。所设计的翼弧平式长螺旋锚杆是一种用于地下工程和斜坡稳定的先进锚固设备,尤其适用于松散或复杂的地质结构。Aiming at the problems of the traditional bolt-forming drill in loose soil,such as the shrinking of the aperture,the instability of the hole wall and the low construction efficiency,this paper improves and optimizes the bolt-forming drill of the long spiral bolt-forming drill with double wing curved flat,and develops a new bolt-forming drill.The drilling tool is designed with double wing triangle bit and curved flat rotary plate,which effectively improves the accuracy of hole formation and the control of soil displacement,thus significantly improving the installation quality and construction efficiency of the anchor rod.The designed long screw bolt with flat wing arc is an advanced anchoring device for underground engineering and slope stabilization,especially for loose or complex geological structures.
