摘  要:应用真空镀膜技术,可以延长冲压级进模具镶件在冲制高铍铜材料时的使用寿命。研究采用先进的真空镀膜技术,在模具镶件表面形成坚固的涂层,以增强其耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。对比分析处理前后的模具镶件,结果显示,经过真空镀膜处理TA-C的模具镶件在冲制高铍铜材料时的使用寿命提升至100万次及以上,实现了使用寿命的翻倍。这一成果展示了真空镀膜技术在提高模具耐用性方面的巨大潜力。The service life of stamping progressive die inserts for producing high beryllium copper material can be increased by applying vacuum coating technology.The research uses advanced vacuum coating technology to form a strong coating on the surface of the mold insert to enhance its wear resistance and extend its service life.By comparing and analyzing the die inserts before and after treatment,the results show that the service life of die inserts treated with TA-C after vacuum coating treatment has been increased to 1 million or more when punching high beryllium copper materials,the utility model realizes the doubling of the service life.This result shows the great potential of vacuum coating technology in improving die durability.
