摘 要:为了解决不锈钢排气系统前管在内高压成形过程中的起皱与胀破等问题,通过有限元模拟与试验验证分析屈服应力、轴向补料量与整形压强对内高压成形质量的影响。试验结果显示,上述3个指标均会影响不锈钢排气系统前管内高压成形质量,随着屈服应力的增大,管材减薄率不断上升;在轴向补料量不断增加的过程中,减薄率先减小后变大;虽然管材减薄率同样与整形压强正相关,但是整形压强的增加会对成形精度与质量产生积极影响。In order to solve the problems of wrinkling and bursting of the front pipe of stainless steel exhaust system in the process of internal high pressure forming,the effects of yield pressure,axial feed amount and shaping pressure on the quality of internal high pressure forming were analyzed by finite element simulation and test.The test results show that the above three indexes will affect the high pressure forming quality of the front pipe of the stainless steel exhaust system,and the thinning rate of the pipe will increase with the increase of the yield pressure.In the process of increasing axial feed amount,thinning decreases first and then becomes larger.Although the thinning rate of the pipe is also positively related to the shaping pressure,the increase of the shaping pressure will have a positive impact on the forming accuracy and quality.
