摘　　要：根据大尺寸复合材料Z形加强筋的结构特性,提出一种不带柔性盖的Z形加强筋成形方法,大大减少了工艺生产环节。选用Invar钢板作为成形模具,采用内边缘条轮廓线的回弹角度补偿方法。产品制造期间对拐角厚度、表面质量等进行重点控制,有效缩短制造周期,节约制造成本,因此可在Z形加强筋工艺生产中推广应用。Based on the structure characteristics of the Z-shaped reinforcement of large-sized materials,a forming method for Z-shaped reinforcement ribs without flexible covers is proposed,it reduces the production process greatly.Invar steel plate is selected as the forming mold,and the rebound angle compensation method of the inner edge contour line is adopted.During the product manufacturing process,the corner thickness and surface quality are controlled with emphasis,effectively shortening the manufacturing cycle and saving manufacturing costs.Therefore,it can be promoted and applied in the production of Z-shaped reinforcement ribs.
