摘　　要：煤矿机电设备的稳定运行对煤矿生产至关重要,设备故障频发会影响煤矿正常生产。对离心泵、通风机和摩擦式提升机3类煤矿机电设备在实际运行过程中分别出现的轴承磨损故障、变频器高温故障和漏电闭锁功能模块故障进行诊断和处理。全面分析故障产生原因,提出有针对性的处理措施,实现对问题的有效处理,为后续类似故障的诊断和处理提供借鉴。The stable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine is very important to coal mine production.The frequent failure of equipment will affect the normal production of coal mine.The bearing wear fault,frequency converter high temperature fault and leakage blocking module fault of three kinds of coal mine electromechanical equipment in the actual operation process are diagnosed and dealt with.The causes of the faults are analyzed comprehensively,and the corresponding measures are put forward to realize the effective treatment of the problems,and provide reference for the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of similar faults.
