摘　　要：探索基于传感器技术的汽机轴封加热器故障检修工艺,通过在加热器关键部位安装温度、压力、位移和振动传感器,实现对设备状态的实时监测,并结合支持向量机构建多分类故障诊断模型,采用基于风险的检修策略制定检修方案。实验结果表明,所提工艺显著提高了故障检测率和设备可用率,延长了平均检修间隔时间,减少了维修成本和非计划停机时间,为提高汽轮机辅助设备的可靠性提供了新的技术路径。This paper explores the fault maintenance process of turbine shaft seal heater based on sensor technology,realizes real-time monitoring of equipment status by installing temperature,pressure,displacement and vibration sensors in key parts of heater,builds multi-classification fault diagnosis model combined with support vector mechanism,and adopts risk-based maintenance strategy to develop maintenance plan.The experimental results show that the proposed process significantly improves the fault detection rate and equipment availability,prolongs the average maintenance interval time,reduces maintenance cost and unplanned downtime,and provides a new technical path for improving the reliability of turbine auxiliary equipment.
