摘 要:长距离带式输送机输送工况发生变化时往往存在非传输模式下的相对位移,因此重点研究长距离带式输送机变频驱动控制技术。将输送带假设为一维弹性杆,考虑其动态特性,结合输送带的质量、阻尼、刚度和外力,构建长距离带式输送机动力学模型,并分析其工作原理。在变频驱动控制阶段,以最小化输送带各部分的位移为目标,通过调节变频驱动控制输送带的张力与速度,将对应的控制参数代入动力学模型,确定驱动力输出。测试结果显示,输送带的位移与每个长距离带式输送机输送带划分单元输送强度之间不存在直接相关关系,且具体的参数始终处于较低水平。There is often relative displacement in non-transmission mode when the conveying condition of long distance belt conveyor changes,so the research focuses on the variable frequency drive control technology for long-distance belt conveyors.The conveyor belt is assumed to be a one-dimensional elastic rod,and its dynamic characteristics are considered.Combining the belt’s mass,damping,stiffness,and external forces,a dynamic model of the long-distance belt conveyor is constructed,and its working principle is analyzed.In the variable frequency drive control stage,aiming to minimize the displacement of various parts of the conveyor belt,the tension and speed of the belt are controlled by adjusting the variable frequency drive.The corresponding control parameters are substituted into the dynamic model to determine the driving force output.The test results show that there is no direct correlation between the displacement of the conveyor belt and the conveying intensity of each segment of the long-distance belt conveyor,and the specific parameters remain at relatively low levels.
