摘　　要：工业4.0智能化生产已提出多年,印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)智慧工厂的打造在逐步进行,PCB层压制程的设备也要逐步实现全自动化、智能化生产。原有层压回流线的设备需要人工操作,现已逐步使用自动化、智能化方式实现。PCB回流线具有多台连线型设备,旧有设备的打磨、拆解、叠合、放牛皮纸/缓冲垫等作业皆采用人工的方式,现已全面导入自动化生产,设备的生产流程管控也引入智能化管控系统。现对回流线层压系统的自动化、智能化方式进行研究。The proposal of Industry 4.0 intelligent production has been around for many years,and the construction of PCB smart factories is also gradually underway.The equipment for PCB layer pressing process should also be gradually introduced into fully automated and intelligent production.The equipment for the original laminated reflow line required manual operation and has gradually been implemented through automation and intelligent methods.The PCB reflow line has multiple connected equipment,and the old equipment for polishing,dismantling,stacking,and releasing kraft paper/buffer pads were originally manually placed,but have now been fully integrated into automated production.The production process control of equipment is also integrated into an intelligent control system.We are currently conducting research on the automation and intelligence methods of the backflow lamination system.
