摘 要:数控车床在现代制造业中扮演着重要角色,其故障诊断对于保障生产效率至关重要。提出一种基于计算机数控(Computer Numerical Control,CNC)系统的数控车床故障诊断方法,通过运行参数采集、数据预处理、特征提取和支持向量机算法,实现故障模式的智能识别。实验结果表明,该方法在故障检出率、误报率、诊断时间和准确率等方面均优于传统方法,为数控车床的智能化维护提供了新的思路,有助于提高设备的可靠性和生产效率。Numerical control lathe plays an important role in modern manufacturing industry,and its fault diagnosis is very important to ensure production efficiency.A fault diagnosis method for numerical control lathes based on Computer Numerical Control(CNC)system is proposed in this paper.By means of running parameter acquisition,data preprocessing,feature extraction and support vector machine algorithm,the fault mode is intelligently identified.The experimental results show that the method is superior to the traditional methods in fault detection rate,false positive rate,diagnosis time and accuracy rate,which provides a new idea for the intelligent maintenance of numerical control lathes and helps to improve the reliability and production efficiency of the equipment.
