摘 要:利用多巴胺盐酸盐、柠檬酸和甲酰胺制备出红色荧光碳量子点(Red Fluorescence Carbon Quantum Dots,RCDs),并通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,说明结构中含有羧基和亚氨基团。进而用紫外-可见光吸收分光光度计和荧光光谱仪测试其光学性能,结果显示CDs的吸收峰位于550 nm,发射波长位于593 nm,是一个红色荧光的碳量子点。RCDs的稳定性在离子溶液和不同pH值的溶液中显示出高的稳定性,并且对Fe^(3+)具有较好的选择性。此外,RCDs的荧光强度与Fe^(3+)浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,表明CDs对Fe^(3+)有较强的灵敏性。最后,在细胞成像中也可以看到RCDs在加入Fe^(3+)后细胞中荧光被淬灭,说明该探针可用于生物体内Fe^(3+)的检测。In this study,red fluorescence carbon quantum dots(RCDs)were prepared using dopamine hydrochloride,citric acid and formamide.The structures of RCDs were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,indicating that the structures contain carboxyl and imino groups.The optical properties of CDs were tested by UV-visible absorption spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer.The results showed that the absorption peak of RCDS was 550 nm,the emission wavelength was 593 nm,and it was a red fluorescent carbon quantum dot.The stability of RCDs shows high stability in ionic solutions and different pH solutions,and has good selectivity for Fe^(3+).In addition,the fluorescence intensity of RCDs is linearly related to Fe^(3+)concentration within a certain range,indicating that CDs has strong sensitivity to Fe^(3+).Finally,the fluorescence of RCDs in cells was also quenched after the addition of Fe^(3+)in cell imaging,indicating that the probe can be used for the detection of Fe^(3+)in vivo.
