摘  要:探讨了药品质量检验的重要性及其技术发展,特别关注了原子吸收光谱仪(又称为原子吸收分光光度计)与液相色谱仪在药品质量检验中的应用。概述了药品质量检验的重要性与检验技术的演进,阐述了原子吸收分光光度计与液相色谱仪的工作原理、技术优势,分析了这两种仪器的互补性,并通过案例分析展示了它们的联合应用如何提升药品检验的全面性与准确性。最后,总结了这两种仪器的应用效果,指出存在的问题与改进方向,并对未来药品质量检验技术的发展趋势做了展望,为医药行业的发展与进步提供有益的参考与借鉴。This paper discusses the importance of drug quality inspection and its technical development,especially the application of atomic absorption spectrometer(AAS)and liquid chromatograph in drug quality inspection.This paper summarizes the importance of drug quality inspection and the evolution of inspection technology,expounds the working principle and technical advantages of atomic absorption spectrophotometer and liquid chromatograph,analyzes the complementarity of these two instruments,and demonstrates how their combined application improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of drug inspection through case analysis.Finally,the application effects of these two instruments are summarized,the existing problems and improvement directions are pointed out,and the development trend of drug quality inspection technology in the future is prospeced,which provides useful reference for the development and progress of the pharmaceutical industry.
