摘  要:某公司光气反应器在停车检修期间,发现其Ni201换热管管端有多条裂纹,为了探究裂纹产生原因,通过宏观形貌分析、现场金相覆膜分析,结合工艺操作特点以及换热管在工艺过程中特殊作用,对换热管开裂进行了分析。结果表明:该光气反应器所使用的催化剂形状设计不合理,在运行过程中部分催化剂滑落至换热管底端并发生合成反应,产生间歇性热冲击,导致了换热管因热疲劳而产生裂纹。Several cracks were found at the end of Ni201 heat exchange tube in a phosgene reactor of a company during shutdown maintenance.In order to explore the causes of the cracks,the cracking of the heat exchange tube was analyzed through macroscopic morphology analysis,on-site metallographic film analysis,combined with the characteristics of the process operation and the special role of the heat exchange tube in the process.The results show that the shape design of the catalyst used in the phosgene reactor is unreasonable,and some of the catalysts slip to the bottom of the heat exchange tube during operation,and the synthesis reaction occurs,resulting in intermittent thermal shock,which leads to cracks in the heat exchange tube due to thermal fatigue.
