摘 要:U形管式、浮头式换热器是石油化工项目中常见的换热器类型,这类换热器的管束可以从换热器壳体内抽出,便于清洗换热管外壁。为方便管束在制造、维修等过程的抽出和装入,减小抽装过程中的阻力,保护折流板和支持板,需要设置管束抽拉装置,工程中有几种典型的管束抽拉装置结构,有各自的适用范围和优缺点。为满足重型管束换热器的抽芯需要,在标准滚轮结构的基础上进行了结构优化设计,并结合项目应用实例详细介绍了该滚轮装置的结构和优势以及设计和制造时的关注要点。鉴于以往的工程经验,该滚轮式管束抽拉装置在装置大型化的趋势下具有良好的应用前景。U-shaped and floating head heat exchangers are common types of heat exchangers in petro-chemical projects.Because the tube bundles can be pulled out or pushed in for these heat exchangers,their tubes can be cleaned conveniently.The tube bundle pulling devices are widely used to facilitate the extraction and installation of tube bundles during manufacturing,maintenance,reduce resistance during the extraction process,and protect the baffle and support plates.There are several typical structures of tube bundle pulling devices,each with its own scope of application and advantages and disadvantages.This article introduced the typical structures of tube bundle pulling devices used in extractable tube bundle heat exchangers,and elaborated on the applicable scopes,advantages and disadvantages of each structure.In order to meet needs of bundle pulling for heavy-duty tube bundle heat exchangers,structural optimization design was carried out based on the standard rolling wheel structure.The structure and advantages of the optimized rolling wheel device,as well as the key points of design and manufacturing were introduced in detail with project application examples.Based on past engineering experience,the rolling wheel type tube bundle pulling device has good application prospects in the trend of large-scale equipment.
