摘 要:针对目前SQUID超导量子实验对低噪声以及微弱信号测量精度、灵敏度、采集速度等的需求,本文基于单片机STM32H750核心板和AD8429放大器,制作了一款SQUID实验数据测量系统.由单片机实测曲线图,经过处理分析得出超导量子信号RMS噪声值为2.009μV,与理论极限噪声值比较接近.系统还测得了环形液滴约瑟夫森结干涉效应曲线,其周期整齐均等,且峰-峰值基本一致.实验表明该系统具有一定的稳定性和准确性,可为研发大学物理SQUID演示仪奠定基础.To meet the current requirements of low-noise,high precision,and high sensitivity measurements in SQUID quantum experiments,in this paper a SQUID experimental data measurement system is presented based on a single-chip STM32H750 core board and an AD8429 amplifier.By processing and analyzing the experimental curve obtained from the single-chip,the RMS noise value of superconducting quantum signal is determined to be 2.009μV,which is close to the theoretical limit noise value.Additionally,the interference effect curve of the ring-shaped liquid droplet Josephson junction is also measured by the system,in which periodicity is regular and uniform,and peak-to-peak values are approximately consistent.The experimental results show that the system exhibits excellent stability and accuracy,which may lay the foundation for the development of university physics SQUID demonstration instruments.
