摘　　要：目的研究脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的中医特点及其防治策略,观察中医辨证治疗该类疾病的临床效果,期望通过规范化的治疗方案以及加强科研与临床的结合方法,能够提高中医对脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的治疗效果,促进中医在该领域的深入发展。方法本研究纳入样本100例,均为在河南中医药大学第五临床医学院治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的患者,病例收集时间为2022年7月至2023年12月。采用随机数字分组法将研究对象平均分配到观察组和对照组,将常规西药治疗方法应用于对照组患者,实施中医辨证治疗方法于实验组患者,并对两组患者临床指标进行比较。结果研究结果显示,治疗前两组患者之间的各项评分参数没有明显差异性,经过中医辨证治疗之后,观察组患者临床指标有着明显的改善效果,并且数据参数优于对照组患者,数据结果差异性较为明显。结论实施中医辨证治疗方法能够提升脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果,是目前可以进行推广的治疗手段。Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment on patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type.Methods A study was conducted on 100 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type treated in the Fifth Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Chinese Medicine between July 2022 and December 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group mainly received conventional treatment,while the observation group mainly received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.The clinical indicators and parameters of the two groups of patients were compared.Results From the data results of this study,it can be seen that before the formal implementation of treatment,there was no significant difference in the various scoring parameters of the two groups of patients,and the comparative effect was relatively small;after undergoing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,the treatment parameters of the observation group patients showed a significant improvement effect,and the data parameters were better than those of the control group patients,with significant differences in data results.Conclusion With the application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment methods,the clinical treatment effect of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency is relatively obvious,and it is currently a treatment method that can be promoted.
