摘　　要：皖西大别山区是安徽省的重要生态屏障和水源涵养地,加强大别山区水资源保护,事关江淮之间水资源安全保障。以皖西大别山区典型区域霍山县为研究对象,从水资源开发利用、水质、水生态、水环境以及水资源保护监测等方面评价霍山县水资源保护现状以及存在的问题,剖析霍山县水资源保护领域面临的形式与需求,探索研究出“生态一河、保护三库、修复多点”的霍山县水资源保护方略,针对性从“饮水水源地保护、水生态保护与修复、地下水开发利用与保护、水环境协同治理、水资源保护监测、水资源保护综合管理”六个方面提出水资源保护建议,以期为皖西大别山区水资源保护工作提供借鉴。The Dabie mountain area in western Anhui is an important ecological barrier and water conservation area in Anhui province.Strengthening water resource protection in the Dabie mountain area is related to the security of water resources between the Yangtze river and the Huai river.Taking Huoshan county,a typical area in the Dabie mountain area in western Anhui,as the research object,this paper evaluates the current status and existing problems of water resource protection in Huoshan county from the aspects of water resource development and utilization,water quality,water ecology,water environment,and water resource protection and monitoring.It analyzes the situation and needs faced by the water resource protection field in Huoshan county,explores and studies the water resource protection strategy of Huoshan county of"one ecological river,three reservoirs protected,and multiple restoration points",and puts forward targeted water resource protection suggestions from six aspects of"drinking water source protection,water ecological protection and restoration,groundwater development and utilization and protection,water environment coordinated governance,water resource protection monitoring,and water resource protection comprehensive management",in order to provide reference for water resource protection work in the Dabie mountain area in west Anhui province.
