摘  要:受气候变化和人类活动的双重影响,极端降水事件发生的频次和强度都有所增强,给中小河流的防洪带来新挑战。然而,中小河流洪水受重视程度不如大江大河洪水,加上中小河流洪水资料相对较少,中小河流的淹没风险分析不尽完善,全省中小河流治理工作还不够成熟。因此,以潮州市凤凰溪为例,采用Arcgis软件搭建一维淹没模型,探究5种不同洪水频率工况下凤凰溪淹没风险影响,并提出针对凤凰溪淹没风险的可行性防洪措施建议。Due to the dual impacts of climate change and human activities,the frequency and intensity of extreme precipitation events have increased,presenting new challenges to flood control in small and medium rivers.However,floods in small and medium rivers receive less attention compared to those in large rivers,and due to the relative scarcity of flood data,the flood risk analysis for small and medium rivers is not yet complete.The governance of small and medium rivers across the province is still immature.Therefore,taking the Phoenix Creek in Chaozhou City as an example,a one-dimensional inundation model was developed using ArcCIS software to investigate the flooding risks under five different flood frequency scenarios and to propose feasible flood control measures for the flooding risks of Phoenix Creek.
