摘 要:为分析西江能源枢纽中心一期LNG加注站工程对西江河道的防洪影响,采用一维、二维数学模型对防洪影响进行分析。结果表明:P=2%洪水频率下的最大阻水比为1.10%;P=20%洪水频率下施工期阻水比为0.42%。洪水频率P=2%、3.33%条件下,项目建设造成的流速变化值在-0.025 m/s~0.004 m/s之间。变化区域出现在趸船上游100 m~下游500 m之间的左岸河段,其余水域流速变化不明显。加注站建设对西江河道整体行洪及河势稳定影响较小。To analyze the flood impact of the first phase LNG bunkering station project of the Xijiang Energy Hub Center on the Xijiang River,one-dimensional and two-dimensional mathematical models were used to evaluate the flood impact.The results show that the maximum obstruction ratio under a flood frequency of P=2% is 1.10%,and the obstruction ratio during the construction period under a flood frequency of P=20% is 0.42%.Under flood frequencies of P=2% and P=3.33%,the velocity change caused by the project construction ranges from -0.025 m/s to 0.004 m/s.The changes occur mainly in the river segment 100 meters upstream and 500 meters downstream of the barge on the left bank,with no significant changes in velocity observed in other water areas.The construction of the bunkering station has a minor impact on the overall flood discharge capacity and stability of the Xijiang River.
