摘  要:数字孪生流域和数字孪生水利工程建设是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的实施路径和最重要标志之一。以新疆头屯河流域为研究对象,阐述两库联合调度防洪“四预”孪生系统目标及其关键技术,介绍数字孪生头屯河平台融雪加防洪复演功能应用、防洪兴利四预功能应用以及经济效益,总结数字孪生头屯河平台在业务协同、工作模式、应用效能上等方面的提升,结果可为中小流域防洪业务提供借鉴。The construction of digital twin watersheds and digital twin water conservancy projects is an implementation path and one of the most important signs of promoting high-quality development in the new stage of water resources management.Taking the Toutun River Basin in Xinjiang as the research object,this paper elucidates the objectives of the"four-pre"twin system for joint reservoir regulation for flood control and its key technologies.It introduces the application of the snowmelt plus flood control replay function,the four-pre function for flood control and benefits,and the economic benefits of the Digital Twin Toutun River Platform.The paper also summarizes the improvements brought about by the Digital Twin Toutun River Platform in terms of business collaboration,work mode,and application efficiency.The results can provide references for flood control operations in small and medium-sized river basins.
