摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,建筑工程信息化管理已成为提升项目效率、降低成本、保障质量的关键路径。本文深入剖析了当前建筑工程信息化管理的现状与问题,指出信息化基础设施建设滞后、技术应用不广泛、管理体系不完善及人才短缺等核心挑战。为应对这些挑战,本研究提出了一系列切实可行的管理措施,包括强化信息化基础设施建设以奠定坚实技术基础,推广BIM、GIS等先进技术以实现精细化管理与智能化决策,构建完善的信息管理体系与标准以确保信息流通的一致性与准确性,并加强信息化管理人才培养与引进以支撑长期发展。通过某大型建筑工程信息化管理实施的案例分析,本文验证了所提措施的有效性,展现了信息化管理在提升项目管理透明度、降低成本、保障质量安全等方面的显著成效。本研究不仅丰富了建筑工程信息化管理理论,更为行业实践提供了宝贵的参考与指导[1]。With the rapid development of information technology,information management of construction projects has become a key path to improve project efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure quality.This article deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of information management in construction projects,pointing out core challenges such as lagging information infrastructure construction,limited technology application,imperfect management system,and talent shortage.To address these challenges,this study proposes a series of practical and feasible management measures,including strengthening the construction of information infrastructure to lay a solid technical foundation,promoting advanced technologies such as BIM and GIS to achieve refined management and intelligent decision-making,building a sound information management system and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of information flow,and strengthening the training and introduction of information management talents to support long-term development.Through the case analysis of the implementation of information management in a large-scale construction project,this article verifies the effectiveness of the proposed measures and demonstrates the significant achievements of information management in improving project management transparency,reducing costs,and ensuring quality and safety.This study not only enriches the theory of information management in construction engineering,but also provides valuable reference and guidance for industry practice[1].
