摘 要:本文以珺悦蓝庭项目为案例,深入探讨BIM技术在建筑工程项目管理中的应用效益。本文采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法对BIM技术在项目不同阶段(投标、施工准备、施工、竣工)的成本管理影响进行定量和定性分析,最终得出BIM技术应用效果的综合评价。研究结果表明,BIM技术在成本预估和进度计划方面成效显著,但在信息共享和协同管理方面仍有提升空间。本文详细阐述了评价指标体系的建立、判断矩阵的构建及权重计算过程,并对研究结果进行了深入分析,提出了相应的改进建议。This article takes the Junyue Lanting project as a case study to deeply explore the application benefits of BIM technology in construction project management.This article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the cost management impact of BIM technology in different stages of the project(bidding,construction preparation,construction,completion),and finally obtains a comprehensive evaluation of the application effect of BIM technology.The research results indicate that BIM technology has shown significant effectiveness in cost estimation and schedule planning,but there is still space for improvement in information sharing and collaborative management.This article elaborates on the establishment of the evaluation index system,the construction of the judgment matrix,and the weight calculation process,and conducts in-depth analysis of the research results,proposing corresponding improvement suggestions.
