摘　　要：电气工程管理中,合同管理至关重要,影响项目进程、成本及风险。随着项目规模扩大,传统管理模式难以满足需求。精细化合同管理对于提升效率、降低风险意义重大。当前面临条款不明、审批繁琐等问题,影响项目进度与企业利益。因此,探索精细化路径,旨在提供理论与实践指导,解决挑战,推动电气工程合同管理向更高水平发展。Contract management is crucial in electrical engineering management,as it affects project progress,costs,and risks.As the project scale expands,traditional management models are unable to meet the demands.Refined contract management is of great significance for improving efficiency and reducing risks.We are currently facing issues such as unclear terms and cumbersome approvals,which affect project progress and corporate interests.Therefore,exploring the path of refinement aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance,solve challenges,and promote the development of electrical engineering contract management to a higher level.
