摘  要:为了解决新能源规模化接入带来的电压异常、反向过载、孤岛运行等问题,本文设计一种新能源并网计量箱;该计量箱内置新能源接入管理单元,提出了电压异常调节方法和主动式孤岛检测方法;研究并制定了低压台区反向治理调节方法,实现台区内光伏、储能、充电桩等负荷的协同管理;最后,通过搭建实验环境,验证了电压异常治理、孤岛检测、台区反向过载调节方法的有效性,为新能源规模化接入提供高可靠并网计量箱。In order to solve the problems of voltage anomalies,reverse overload,and islanding operation caused by the large scale integration of new energy,this paper designs a new energy grid connected metering box.The measuring box is equipped with a new energy access management unit,which proposes voltage anomaly adjustment methods and active islanding detection methods.A reverse governance and regulation method for low voltage substation areas is researched and developed,achieving collaborative management of loads such as photovoltaic,energy storage,and charging piles within the substation area.Finally,by constructing an experimental environment,the effectiveness of voltage anomaly control,island detection,and substation reverse overload regulation methods was verified,providing a highly reliable grid connected metering box for large-scale access to new energy.
