摘  要:本文针对新建广州(新塘)至汕尾铁路惠城南站站房规模宏大,建筑面积达29997m2,整体钢结构屋面采用“重檐叠瓦”形式,其结构复杂、空间高度及跨度较大,导致各构件在空间布局和安装时序上存在相互干扰,从而对安装技术提出了极高的要求。本项目通过详细的施工分区规划和施工总体规划,提出了具体的施工方法和操作要求,确保了工程质量和安全。特别是钢柱和铸钢件的吊装及安装过程,采用了精确的吊装方法和严格的安装精度控制措施,有效解决了施工中的技术难题。The station building of Huicheng South Station on the new Guangzhou(Xintang)to Shanwei Railway has a large scale,with a building area of 29997m2.The overall steel structure roof adopts the form of"double eave overlapping tiles",which has a complex structure,large spatial height and span,resulting in mutual interference between various components in spatial layout and installation timing,thus placing extremely high requirements on installation technology.This project has proposed specific construction methods and operational requirements through detailed construction zoning planning and overall construction planning,ensuring project quality and safety.Especially in the lifting and installation process of steel columns and cast steel parts,precise lifting methods and strict installation accuracy control measures were adopted,effectively solving technical problems in construction.
