激光超声波对增材制造复合材料零件的定量成像检测研究

摘  要:为进一步提高复合材料零件的缺陷检测,利用激光超声波检测的非接触、非破坏性等特性,对增材制造复合材料的缺陷孔洞进行检测,利用Q开关脉冲激光在Ti-6Al-4V合金零件的顶面产生超声波,并利用激光多普勒测振仪(LDV)检测超声波。实验结果表明,孔缺陷的存在极大地影响超声波的振幅。瑞利波的峰值随着内孔直径的增大而减小。激光超声波检测系统可以实现亚毫米级的分辨率检测,可以检测到较小尺寸的缺陷,且可以清晰地识别出直径为0.8mm、1.0mm和2.0mm的内部孔缺陷的位置和大小。In order to further improve the defect detection of composite parts,the non-contact and non-destructive properties of laser ultrasonic detection are utilized to detect the additively manufactured composite pairs of defective holes by using a Q-switched pulsed laser to generate ultrasonic waves on the top surface of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy parts and a laser Doppler vibrometer(LDV)to detect the ultrasonic waves.The experimental results show that the presence of hole defects greatly affects the amplitude of the ultrasonic waves.The peak value of the Rayleigh wave decreases with the increase of the bore diameter.The laser ultrasonic inspection system can achieve sub-millimeter resolution detection,can detect smaller size defects,and can clearly identify the location and size of internal hole defects with diameters of 0.8 mm,1.0 mm,and 2.0 mm.
