摘　　要：介绍了控制测量工作的重要性,以及控制测量工作中,测区直接测量的导线边长,投影到高斯平面的投影变形,影响投影变形的因素包括投影面高和中央子午线经度,通过计算实例说明投影变形的变化规律。阐述了导线测量中经常遇到的高斯投影坐标换带计算问题,从某一个中央子午线经度的坐标,换算到另外一个中央子午线经度的坐标,高斯投影换带计算的具体情形。独立坐标系的应用范围,国家统一3度带应用的范围,独立坐标系的建立原则和方法,具体说明建立独立坐标系的方法。This article introduces the importance of control measurement work,as well as the edge length of the wire directly measured in the measurement area and the projection deformation projected onto the Gaussian plane in control measurement work.The factors that affect the projection deformation include the height of the projection plane and the longitude of the central meridian.Through calculation examples,the variation law of projection deformation is explained.This article elaborates on the common problem of Gaussian projection coordinate strip changing calculation in wire surveying,which involves converting the coordinates of one central meridian longitude to another,and the specific situation of Gaussian projection strip changing calculation.The scope of application of independent coordinate systems,the scope of application of the national unified three-dimensional zone,the principles and methods for establishing independent coordinate systems,and the methods for establishing independent coordinate systems are explained.
