摘 要:在全球变暖的大背景下,实现碳达峰、碳中和显得极为迫切。在这个进程中,高等院校肩负2050年率先实现校园碳中和目标的使命和责任。高等院校规模大、人数多,人均耗能和耗水量都比较高,其碳中和是一项系统工程,需要有清晰的建设思路和体系。宜从顶层设计开始,开展标准体系建设,明确时间表,在降低碳排放、增加碳吸收和余碳抵消三个方面进行碳中和,最后到监督反馈,形成完整闭环。高等院校碳中和策略研究,对高等院校碳中和工作具有指导意义,也为整个碳中和工作提供借鉴和参考。In the background of global warming,it is extremely urgent to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.In the process,higher education institutions shoulder the mission and responsibility of striving to be the first to achieve campus carbon neutrality goals by 2050.With large scale,large number of people,higher per capita energy and water consumption,carbon neutrality in higher education institutions is a systematic project that requires clear construction thoughts and systems.It is advisable to form a closed-loop,including top-level design,standard system construction,clear timetable,carbon neutrality measures of reducing carbon emissions,increasing carbon absorption,and offsetting excess carbon,and supervision feedback at last.The research on carbon neutrality strategies in higher education institutions has guiding significance for carbon neutrality work in higher education institutions,and also provides reference and guidance for the entire carbon neutrality work.
