摘 要:目的 对某锂离子电池隔膜企业职业病危害因素所导致的职业健康风险进行评估,为该企业职业病危害风险管理提供理论依据。方法 2024年3—4月选择某锂离子电池隔膜企业进行职业卫生现场调查,采用直接测量法、接触指数法及风险评估指数法,对职业病危害因素的暴露级别进行职业健康风险评估。结果 直接测量法显示,职业病危害因素检测结果均符合职业接触限值;化学因素接触指数法显示,接触石蜡烟、氧化铝粉尘的岗位为低风险,接触二氯甲烷、聚乙烯粉尘、膨润土粉尘、一氧化碳的岗位均为中等风险;物理因素风险评估指数法显示,接触噪声、高温的岗位均为中级别风险;三种评估方法均能识别关键岗位,并且与体检结果基本保持一致。结论 该企业生产过程中存在的各种职业病危害因素对劳动者健康造成不良影响,职业病危害风险管理应根据不同的风险水平采取相应的风险控制措施。Objective To assess the occupational health risks caused by occupational hazardous factors in a lithium-ion battery separator enterprise,and to provide a theoretical basis for the risk management of occupational hazardous factors in the enterprise.Methods An occupational health field survey was conducted in a lithium-ion battery separator enterprise,and the methods of direct measurement,contact index,and risk assessment index were used to conduct a comprehensive occupational health risk assessment for the exposure level of occupational hazardous factors.Results The method of direct measurement showed that all test results of occupa-tional hazardous factors complied with the occupational exposure limits.The contact index method for chemical factors showed that the posts exposed to paraffin wax fume and alumina dust were at low risk,while those exposed to dichloromethane,polyethylene dust,ben-tonite dust,and carbon monoxide were at medium risk.The method of risk assessment index for physical factors showed that posts ex-posed to noise and high temperature were at medium risk.All three assessment methods could identify key posts and were basically consistent with the results of physical examination.Conclusion The occupational hazardous factors present in the production process of the enterprise have an adverse effect on the health of workers,and corresponding risk control measures should be adopted for the man-agement of occupational hazardous factors based on the level of risk.
