2020年重庆市居民空气污染相关环境健康知识、态度、行为现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探索重庆市居民空气污染相关环境健康知识、态度、行为的现状及影响因素。方法 于2022年采用立意抽样的方法,通过新媒体微信公众平台发布自我设计的《空气污染居民环健康知信行现状调查问卷》,面向重庆市18~60岁常驻居民开展重污染天气公众知信行调查。运用卡方检验、多因素Logistic回归方法分析居民空气污染相关环境健康知识、态度、行为水平差异及影响因素。结果 共调查重庆市的巴南区、北碚区、九龙坡区等15个市辖区居民2 300名,回收问卷2 300份,其中有效问卷2 264份,20.01%的被调查者问卷评分超过70分;不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同职业人群之间的环境健康知信行水平存在差异(χ^(2)分别为177.47、210.26和29.1,P<0.001)。其中文化程度和年龄是影响人群环境健康知信行水平的重要因素。以文化程度为小学及以下的居民为参照,文化程度为初高中、大专及以上的居民具备环境健康知信行水平的OR值分别为3.06和7.28(P<0.001);以年龄≤20岁的居民为参照,年龄在21~30岁和31~45岁的居民环境健康知信行水平的OR值分别为8.97和6.14。结论 2020年重庆市居民空气污染相关环境健康知信行水平有待提高,文化程度和年龄是影响人群环境健康知信行水平的重要因素。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice related to air pollution among residents in Chongqing,China.Methods In 2020,a purposive sampling method was used to conduct a survey with self-designed Questionnaire on the Current Status of Resident Environmental Health Knowledge,Attitude,and Practice Related to Air Pollution on the new media platform WeChat.The survey on public knowledge,attitude,and practice related to heavy pollution weather was conducted among residents aged 18-60 years in Chongqing.The chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the differences and influencing factors regarding the environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice related to air pollution among residents.Results A total of 2300 residents from 15 districts in Chongqing,including Banan District,Beibei District,and Jiulongpo District,were surveyed,and 2300 questionnaires were collected.A total of 2264 valid ques-tionnaires were collected,and 20.01%of the respondents scored over 70 points on the questionnaire.There were significant differences in environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice among residents of different ages(χ^(2)=177.47,P<0.001),educational lev-els(χ^(2)=210.26,P<0.001),and occupations(χ^(2)=29.1,P<0.001).Educational level and age were important factors affecting the environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice.Taking residents with education level of primary school and below as a refer-ence,the odds ratio(OR)values of residents with education levels of junior/high school andcollege and above regarding environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice were 3.06 and 7.28(P<0.001),respectively.Compared with residents aged≤20 years,the OR values of residents aged 21-30 and 31-45 years regarding environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice were 8.97 and 6.14,respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion The environmental health knowledge,attitude,and practice related to air pollution a-mong re
