摘  要:动脉粥样硬化(As)是一种由多种致病因素作用于血管壁所致的慢性炎症性疾病。目前As的发病机制尚未完全阐明,有效防治As、抑制As的发生发展已成为近年心血管领域研究的热点。QKI是RNA结合蛋白中高度保守的信号转导和RNA活化蛋白家族成员,参与脂质代谢、炎症反应、血管重构等生理活动,与As的发病机制密切相关。因此,进一步阐明QKI在As发生中的作用及机制,可以为As的治疗提供新思路。Atherosclerosis(As)is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by a variety of pathogenic factors acting on the blood vessel wall.So far,the pathogenesis of As has not been fully elucidated.Effective prevention and treatment of As and inhibition of the occurrence and development of As has become a hot topic in the field of cardiovascular research in recent years.Quaking(QKI)is a member of a highly conserved signal transduction and activator of RNA family of RNA-binding protein,which participates in lipid metabolism,inflammatory response,vascular remodeling and other physiological activities,and is closely related to the pathogenesis of As.Therefore,further elucidating the role and mechanism of QKI in the occurrence of As can provide new ideas for the treatment of As.
