摘 要:随着除草剂敌草快在农业生产中的广泛使用,临床敌草快中毒病例也逐渐增加。敌草快中毒机制可能涉及氧化应激、炎症反应、免疫毒性等,可导致人体多器官功能障碍。由于目前尚无特效敌草快中毒的解毒药,敌草快中毒后患者病情进展快、病死率高。目前临床敌草快中毒的治疗重点在于减少毒物在人体内部的吸收、加快毒物的清除,而线粒体自噬靶向抗氧化剂及免疫抑制剂有望成为新的敌草快中毒治疗方案。未来,深入研究敌草快中毒的机制及更有效的治疗方案,可以为敌草快中毒的治疗提供新思路。With the widespread use of the herbicide diquat in agricultural production,the number of clinical diquat poisoning cases has also gradually increased.The mechanism of diquat poisoning may involve oxidative stress,inflammatory response,immunotoxicity,etc.,which can lead to multi-organ dysfunction.Due to the lack of specific antidotes for diquat poisoning,patients with diquat poisoning progress rapidly and have a high mortality rate.The current clinical treatment of diquat poisoning focuses on reducing the absorption of toxins in the human body and accelerating the clearance of toxins.The antioxidants targeting mitophagy and immunosuppressants are expected to become a new treatment strategy for diquat poisoning.In the future,in-depth study of the mechanism of diquat poisoning and more effective treatment programs can provide new ideas for the treatment of diquat poisoning.
