摘　　要：高血压是我国最常见的慢性病之一,是心血管疾病的重要独立危险因素,也是导致心肌梗死、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病发生与死亡的主要原因之一。以“治未病”思想为基础的中医健康管理,在高血压防治领域正发挥着日益显著的作用。中医健康管理不仅关注血压数值的控制,更注重从整体出发、辨证施治,通过多种非药物疗法及情志调护、运动指导等综合措施,帮助患者改善体质,延缓疾病的发生和发展,从而实现高血压的有效管理和控制。未来可对高血压的中医健康管理进行深入研究,以期为现代中医防治高血压的发展提供有益参考。Hypertension,an important independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases,is one of the most common chronic diseases in China,and one of the primary causes of myocardial infarction,stroke,and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and death.Based on the idea of"preventive treatment of diseases",traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management is playing an increasingly important role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.TCM health management not only focuses on controlling blood pressure,but also pays more attention to the holistic approach and syndrome differentiation-based treatment.Through various non-pharmacological therapies and comprehensive measures such as emotional and mental adjustment and exercise guidance,TCM health management helps the patients improve their physical condition and delay the occurrence and development of diseases,thus achieving effective management and control of hypertension.In the future,in-depth research can be conducted on TCM health management of hypertension,in order to provide useful references for the development of modern TCM prevention and treatment of hypertension.
