摘　　要：目的:探讨自体肋软骨移植在鼻整形患者鼻部塑形中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将重庆新铜雀台整形外科医院(2020年1月—2022年7月)收治的鼻整形患者90例分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用膨体联合耳软骨进行鼻整形,观察组采用膨体联合自体肋软骨进行鼻整形。比较两组整形效果。结果:两组切口愈合时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组对比,观察组手术成功率更高(P=0.007)。整形后6个月,两组鼻唇角、鼻面角、额鼻角均比整形前大,且与对照组比,观察组更大;两组左右鼻尖顶点间距均比整形前短,且与对照组比,观察组更短(P<0.05)。与对照组比,观察组鼻部外形、鼻部高度、整体满意度评分更高(P<0.001)。整形后6个月,两组面部总体外观满意度、社会功能、心理健康评分均比整形前高,且与对照组比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.020)。结论:自体肋软骨移植在鼻整形患者鼻部塑形中的应用效果显著,可提高患者手术成功率、鼻部塑形效果、满意度及面部美容自我报告结果评分,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of autogenous costal cartilage transplantation on nose shaping of patients undergoing rhinoplasty.Methods:A total of 90 patients undergoing rhinoplasty who were admitted to Chongqing Xintongquetai Plastic Surgery Hospital(from January 2020 to July 2022)were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given swelling combined with ear cartilage for rhinoplasty,and the observation group was given swelling combined with autogenous costal cartilage for rhinoplasty.The plastic surgery effects were compared between two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in incision healing time and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher success rate(P=0.007).At 6 months after plastic surgery,nasolabial angle,nasolfacial angle and frontonasal angle in two groups were larger than those before plastic surgery,and these angles in the observation group were larger than those in the control group;the distance between the left and right pronasale in two groups was shorter than that before plastic surgery,and the distance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher score of nose shape,nose height and overall satisfaction(P<0.001).At 6 months after plastic surgery,the overall facial appearance satisfaction,social function and mental health scores in two groups were higher than those before plastic surgery,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of autogenous costal cartilage transplantation in nose shaping of patients undergoing rhinoplasty has significant effects,and can improve the success rate of surger
