二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月南华大学附属第一医院收治的T2DM患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合达格列净治疗。对比两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗T2DM的临床效果显著,能够控制血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metformin combined with dapagliflozin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 80 patients with T2DM admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of control group.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,treatment effect,adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with dapagliflozin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of T2DM,and can control blood glucose levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve quality of life.
