增强型体外反搏联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨增强型体外反搏(EECP)联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月于黄河三门峡医院心血管内科接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予尼可地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合EECP治疗。对比两组治疗效果、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.003)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP及纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血黏度、血浆黏度水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:EECP联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著,能够减轻炎性反应,改善凝血功能和血流动力学指标,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)combined with nicodil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with unstable angina pectoris who received percutaneous coronary intervention in the cardiovascular department of Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with nicodil,and the observation group was treated with EECP based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen,N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),hemorheology indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.003);after treatment,hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and fibrinogen water in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:EECP combined with nicodil has significant clinical effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,which can reduce inflammatory response,improve coagulation function and hemodynamic indexes,and has high safety.
