破格救心汤治疗阳虚血瘀型高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析破格救心汤治疗阳虚血瘀型高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于甘肃省第三人民医院心内科接受治疗的阳虚血瘀型高血压患者120例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规降压药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合破格救心汤治疗。比较两组血压水平、治疗效果、中医证候评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组头痛、眩晕、气短、胸闷评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:破格救心汤治疗阳虚血瘀型高血压的临床疗效显著,可降低血压,缓解患者症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 120 hypertension patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis who received treatment in the Department of Cardiology at the Third People's Hospital of Gansu Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs,and the observation group was treated with Poge Jiuxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure level,treatment effect,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache,dizziness,shortness of breath and chest tightness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Poge Jiuxin Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with yang deficiency and blood stasis is significant,which can reduce blood pressure and alleviate patients'symptoms,and has a high safety.
