隔华盖散灸治疗风寒闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨隔华盖散灸治疗风寒闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床效果。方法:将2021年12月—2023年6月于湛江市第一中医医院治疗的60例风寒闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用隔华盖散灸治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、肺功能指标、炎性因子水平、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组咳嗽、喘息、咳痰评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组潮气量、达峰时间比、达峰容积比均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞计数水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.006)。结论:隔华盖散灸治疗风寒闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床效果显著,能缓解患儿症状,改善肺功能,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huagai Power interposed moxibustion in treatment of pneumonia wheezing of wind-cold blocking lung type.Methods:From December 2021 to June 2023,60 children with pneumonia cough of wind-cold blocking lung type who were treated in Zhanjiang City First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Huagai Power interposed moxibustion on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome scores,lung function indexes,levels of inflammatory factors and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of cough,wheezing and expectoration in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tidal volume,peak time ratio and peak volume ratio in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.006).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Huagai Power interposed moxibustion in treatment of pneumonia wheezing of wind-cold blocking lung type is significant,which can alleviate the symptoms,improve lung function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
