中药免煎颗粒与传统中药汤剂治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药免煎颗粒与传统中药汤剂治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:选取苏州市吴江区第五人民医院(2020年2月—2023年2月)收治的老年功能性便秘患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,每组40例。对照组应用传统中药汤剂治疗,观察组应用中药免煎颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、生活质量、中医症状评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.003)。治疗后,两组躯体不适、心理社会不适、担心和焦虑、满意程度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组排便困难、食少纳呆、烦躁易怒、脘胁胀痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统中药汤剂相比,中药免煎颗粒治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果更好,能够缓解患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of decoction-free Chinese herbal granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treatment of elderly functional constipation.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with functional constipation admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Wujiang District of Suzhou City(between February 2020 and February 2023)were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the observation group was treated with decoction-free Chinese herbal granules.The treatment effect,quality of life,and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.003).After treatment,the scores of physical discomfort,psychosocial discomfort,worry and anxiety,and satisfaction degree in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of difficulty in defecation,poor appetite and anorexia,dysphoria and irritability,and abdominal distension and pain in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,decoction-free Chinese herbal granules have better clinical effects in treating elderly functional constipation,and can relieve clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
