抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、类风湿因子和C反应蛋白在类风湿性关节炎诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(A-CCP)、类风湿因子(RF)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2022年1月1日—2023年7月30日河池市人民医院收治的RA患者164例作为观察组,选择同期收治的关节痛患者100例作为对照组。检测两组抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(A-CCP)、类风湿因子(RF)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析A-CCP、RF及CRP联合检测诊断RA的效能。结果:观察组A-CCP、RF及CRP RA阳性检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组A-CCP、RF及CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。并联试验分析显示,A-CCP、RF及CRP水平联合检测诊断RA的效能较高(P<0.05)。结论:A-CCP、RF及CRP联合检测在RA患者中诊断价值较高,值得临床应用并予以推广,为RA患者的早期诊断和治疗提供参考。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(A-CCP),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty-four RA patients admitted to the Medical Laboratory of Hechi People's Hospital from January 1,2022 to July 30,2023 were selected as the observation group,and one hundred patients with arthralgia admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(A-CCP),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in two groups were detected,and the efficacy of the combined detection of A-CCP,RF and CRP in the diagnosis of RA was analyzed.Results:The positive rates of A-CCP,RF and CRP RA in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of A-CCP,RF and CRP in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);parallel test analysis showed that the combined detection of A-CCP,RF and CRP levels was more effective in diagnosing RA(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of A-CCP,RF and CRP has high diagnostic value in RA patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application,providing reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of RA patients.
