摘　　要：该文对菏泽市1例接种流行性感冒疫苗偶合过敏性紫癜的案例进行分析,为疑似疫苗预防接种异常反应与偶合症的监测、调查、诊断、处理提供科学依据,以期最大程度地避免疑似疫苗预防接种异常反应与偶合症的发生。This paper analyzes one case with coincidental allergic purpura with influenza vaccination in Heze city,so as to provide a scientific basis for the monitoring,investigation,diagnosis and treatment of adverse event following immunization and coincidental event,thus minimizing the occurrence of adverse event following immunization and coincidental event.
