摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈联合Teach-back教育法在乳腺癌术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6—12月东莞市长安医院乳腺外科收治的100例乳腺癌手术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施品管圈护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施Teach-back教育干预。对比两组上肢功能、自我效能感、负面情绪及生活质量。结果:观察组上肢功能、自我效能感及生活质量评分均高于对照组,负面情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈联合Teach-back教育在乳腺癌术后康复中的应用效果显著,能够改善其上肢功能和负面情绪,提高自我效能感和生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle combined with Teach-back education method in the rehabilitation after breast cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 100 breast cancer patients undergoing surgery who were admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery at Hospital of Chang'an Dongguan from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received quality control circle nursing intervention,and the observation group received Teach-back education intervention on the basis of the control group.Upper limb function,self-efficacy,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of upper limb function,self-efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the negative emotion scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle combined with Teach-back education in the rehabilitation after breast cancer surgery has a significant effect,and can ameliorate the upper limb function and negative emotion,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
