摘　　要：目的:探讨前瞻性管理在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗、消毒中的应用效果。方法:选取徐州市中心医院消毒供应室2022年11月—2023年4月处理的150件器械作为常规组,2023年5—9月处理的150件器械作为研究组,同时选择2022年11月—2023年9月消毒供应室在职的18名工作人员及临床科室50名医护人员进行研究。常规组实施常规管理,研究组实施前瞻性管理。比较管理前后工作人员的综合能力和工作质量、两组器械清洗、消毒灭菌质量及医护人员满意度。结果:管理后,工作人员的综合能力评分、工作质量评分均高于管理前(P<0.001)。研究组器械的清洗、消毒合格率高于常规组(P<0.05)。管理后,医护人员满意度评分高于管理前(P<0.001)。结论:前瞻性管理在医疗器械清洗、消毒中的应用效果较好,能够提高工作人员的综合能力和工作质量、器械清洗消毒合格率及医护人员满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of prospective management in medical device cleaning and disinfection in disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of 150 devices processed in the Disinfection Supply Room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the conventional group,and 150 devices processed from May 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the study group.In addition,18 staff members in the disinfection supply room and 50 medical staff members in the clinical department from November 2022 to September 2023 were selected for the study.The conventional group received conventional management,and the study group received prospective management.The comprehensive ability and work quality of the staff before and after management,the quality of device cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in the two groups,and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared.Results:After management,the comprehensive ability score and work quality score of the staff were higher than those before management(P<0.001).The pass rate of device cleaning and disinfection in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After management,the satisfaction score of medical staff was higher than that before management(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of prospective management in medical device cleaning and disinfection is good,which can improve the comprehensive ability and work quality of staff,the pass rate of device cleaning and disinfection,and the satisfaction of medical staff.
