基于细乳液聚合的光致变色微胶囊制备及其在织物中的应用性能

摘　　要：采用细乳液聚合制备螺吡喃的光致变色微胶囊,所制备的微胶囊大小均匀,平均粒径约为100 nm,紫外测试微胶囊在550 nm处明显的吸收峰.通过对单侧链双羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷改性的水性聚氨酯进行应力应变、接触角的分析.结果表明,改性的水性聚氨酯具有优异的接触角(111.4°)、更高的断裂伸长率(380%)以及优异的断裂强度(5 MPa).采用改性的水性聚氨酯将变色微胶囊粘附在织物表面,成功制备出可循环变色的织物,经紫外光照射后织物由白色变为紫色,后经可见光照射可恢复到原来的白色,展现出良好的图案化.经过13次可逆变色循环后,变色织物仍保持良好的光致变色性能.此外,变色织物具有疏水性,且接触角高达136.9°,同时也具有透气性,使其可在更多领域被广泛应用.The photochromic microcapsules of spiro-pyran were prepared by mini-emulsion polymerization.The microcapsules were uniform in size,with an average particle size of about 100 nm.The absorption peak of the microcapsules was obvious at 550 nm by UV test.By analyzing the stress-strain and contact angle of waterborne polyurethane modified with unilateral chain dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane.The results showed that the modified waterborne polyurethane had better contact angle(111.4°),higher elongation at break(380%),and excellent fracture strength(5 MPa).Modified waterborne polyurethane was used to adhere photochromic microcapsules onto the surface of the fabric,successfully preparing a recyclable color changing fabric.After UV irradiation,the fabric changed from white to purple,and then returned to its original white color after white light irradiation,show a good patterning.After 13 reversible color changing cycles,the color changing fabric still maintains good photochromic performance.In addition,color changing fabrics have hydrophobic with a contact angle of 136.9°and air permeability.,making it widely applied in more fields.
