摘 要:高速钢属于高碳高合金莱氏体钢,目前仍采用铸锭或电渣重熔钢锭经锻造生产,这两种生产方法均存在效率低、能耗高、成材率低、成本高等问题。为实现高速钢的高效率、低能耗、低成本、绿色环保短流程制备,借助自建的立式连铸中试装置进行了M2高速钢连铸坯制备工艺和铸坯直接轧制试验;研究了拉速和M-EMS搅拌对M2高速钢连铸坯低倍、化学成分和铸态碳化物组织的影响,以及对所制备轧材的低倍、碳化物质量的改善情况。结果表明,采用立式连铸技术制备的M2高速钢150 mm×150 mm连铸坯断面周向成分均匀、一致;铸坯采用热酸腐蚀检验低倍,拉速0.9 m/min时心部孔洞较大,拉速0.6 m/min时心部孔洞明显减小,施加M-EMS搅拌后心部孔洞变为疏松或针眼;施加M-EMS搅拌的铸坯碳化物堆积和轧材低倍中心疏松得到明显改善,轧材碳化物不均匀度和颗粒尺寸改善效果良好,说明低拉速和M-EMS搅拌有利于M2高速钢连铸坯以及轧材质量的改善。High speed steel belongs to high carbon and high alloy martensitic steel.Currently,it is still produced by casting ingots or electric slag remelting ingots through forging.Both production methods have problems such as low efficiency,high energy consumption,low yield,and high cost.In order to achieve high efficiency,low energy consumption,low cost,green and environmentally friendly short process preparation of high-speed steel,the M2 high-speed steel continuous casting billet preparation process and direct rolling test were carried out using a self built vertical continuous casting pilot plant.The effects of casting speed and M-EMS stirring on the macroscale,chemical composition,and as cast carbide structure of M2 high-speed steel continuous casting billets were studied,as well as the improvement of macroscale and carbide quality of the prepared rolled materials.The results show that the circumferential composition of the cross-section of M2 high-speed steel 150 mm×150 mm continuous casting billet prepared by vertical continuous casting technology is uniform and consistent.The cast billet is subjected to low magnification hot acid corrosion inspection.When the casting speed is 0.9 m/min,the core holes are larger,and when the casting speed is 0.6 m/min,the core holes are significantly reduced.After applying M-EMS stirring,the core holes become loose or needle holes.The accumulation of carbides in the cast billet and the low magnification center porosity of the rolled material were significantly improved by applying M-EMS stirring,and the unevenness and particle size of carbides in the rolled material were effectively improved.Low casting speed and M-EMS stirring are beneficial for improving the quality of M2 high-speed steel continuous casting billets and rolled materials.
