基于数值模拟的钻孔卸压工艺参数对煤层力学性质影响研究

摘  要:大直径钻孔卸压是冲击地压防治手段中的一项重要措施,但是针对钻孔卸压工艺参数的选取目前还依赖于工程现场的经验,缺乏完善的理论支持,且关于煤层力学性质与钻孔卸压工艺参数的关联性的研究较少,因此研究并建立钻孔卸压与煤层力学性质之间的关系模型是亟需解决的课题。为此,采用数值模拟及现场验证相结合的方法,研究了不同钻孔卸压工艺参数与煤层力学参数的关系。结果表明,钻孔孔径的增大会导致钻孔上方分布的垂直应力数值逐渐降低,在其他钻孔参数相同的条件下,孔径越大钻孔卸压所得的效果越好。以钻孔位移场、应力场分布规律作为判定依据,确定了煤体强度为5.5~30.23 MPa的煤体合理卸压钻孔孔径为100~150 mm,合理钻孔间距为0.6~1.6 m。通过煤体强度、弹性模量、泊松比与钻孔孔径及孔间距的关系,拟合得到了钻孔参数与煤体力学性质的数学模型,可以通过煤体的力学性质得到合理的卸压钻孔孔径及孔间距。研究结果可为钻孔卸压防治冲击地压的工艺参数选取提供理论支撑。Pressure relief of large-diameter boreholes is an important measure in the prevention and control of impact ground pressure,but the selection of process parameters for pressure relief of boreholes is still dependent on the experience of the engineering field,lacking perfect theoretical support,and there are fewer researches on the correlation between the mechanical properties of coal seams and the process parameters of pressure relief of boreholes,so the study and establishment of a model of the relationship between pressure relief of boreholes and the mechanical properties of coal seams is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper adopts the method of numerical simulation and field verification to study the relationship between different drilling pressure relief process parameters and the mechanical parameters of the coal seam.The results show that:the increase of borehole diameter will lead to a gradual decrease of the vertical stress distributed above the borehole,and the larger the borehole diameter,the better the effect obtained from the pressure relief of boreholes under the same conditions of other borehole parameters.Taking the distribution law of the displacement field and stress field of the borehole as the basis of judgment,the reasonable pressure relief borehole diameter of the coal body with the strength of 5.5-30.23MPa was determined to be 100~150 mm,and the reasonable spacing of the borehole was 0.6~1.6 m.Through the relationship between the strength,elasticity modulus,Poisson’s ratio of the coal body and the diameter of borehole and spacing of boreholes,a mathematical model of the relation between borehole parameter and the coalface properties was fitted.The reasonable hole diameter and hole spacing of pressure relief drilling can be got through the mechanical properties of coal body.
