摘 要:针对大海则煤矿浅埋易自燃煤层长距离柔模沿空留巷的采空区自然发火防控难题,开发了“消除采空区U型圈漏风通道+利用柔模墙上预埋管注浆+监测监控”三位一体柔模沿空留巷防灭火技术。现场结果表明,采用三位一体柔模沿空留巷防灭火技术,采空区氧气浓度随工作面推采整体呈下降趋势,采空区CO浓度最大为88×10^(-6),远低于临界值,采空区无自然发火隐患,实现了对采空区火源的精准定位和精准防灭火,保证了浅埋容易自燃煤层长距离柔模沿空留巷工作面的安全高效生产。Aiming at the problem of spontaneous combustion prevention and control in goaf of long-distance flexible formwork gob-side entry retaining in shallow buried and spontaneous combustion coal seam,a tri-integration of flexible formwork gob-side entry retaining fire prevention and control technology of“eliminating U-shaped air leakage channel in goaf+using pre-buried pipe grouting on flexible formwork wall+surveillance and monitoring”is established.The field results show that the oxygen concentration in the goaf decreases with the mining of the working face,and the maximum CO concentration in the goaf is 88×10^(-6),which is far lower than the critical value.There is no hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in the goaf.The precise positioning and precise fire prevention and extinguishing of the fire source in the goaf are realized,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the long-distance flexible-formwork gob-side entry retaining working face in the shallow coal seam with easy spontaneous combustion.
