摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿矿井实际运行过程中产生的酸性水如何得到有效处理,在本次研究工作中,以某煤矿运输巷顶板超前探孔进行疏放过程中产生的酸性矿井水处理问题作为研究对象,针对其铁锰离子含量偏高的问题,对现有酸性矿井水处理工艺进行优化改进,通过新建中和、曝气、中间水池等模块,完善酸性煤矿废水的必要工艺段,以此实现处理工艺模式的完善;在此基础上,进一步通过单因素实验方法对工艺中的关键参数进行优化,最终确定优化后的工艺参数组合如下所述,Ca(OH)_(2)投料量为160 mg/L,反应时间30 min,反应温度25℃。在确定上述工艺模式及参数后,对其进行实际测试。结果显示,Fe^(2+)和Mn^(2+)的去除率均在98%以上,显著高于初始方案,且该方案在经济效益上也具有一定优势,可进一步推广应用。In order to further explore how the acidic water generated during the actual operation of coal mines can be effectively treated,in this research work,the treatment problem of acidic mine water produced during the advanced drilling and drainage process of the transportation roadway roof in a certain coal mine is taken as the research object.In response to the problem of high iron and manganese ion content,the existing acidic mine water treatment process is optimized and improved.By constructing modules such as neutralization,aeration,and intermediate water tanks,the necessary process sections for acidic coal mine wastewater are improved to achieve the perfect of the treatment process mode.The further optimization of key parameters in the process was carried out through single factor experimental methods.The finally optimized process parameter combination was determined as follows:calcium hydroxide dosage of 160 mg/L with the reaction time of 30 minutes and the reaction temperature of 25℃.After determining the above process modes and parameters,practical tests were conducted,and the results showed that the removal rates of iron and manganese were both above 98%,significantly higher than the initial scheme.Moreover,this scheme also has certain advantages in economic benefits and can be further promoted.
