摘 要:受滑动地质构造影响,芦沟煤矿煤层厚度大且极为松软,工作面巷道维护一直十分困难。针对芦沟煤矿21采区孤岛煤柱工作面特殊地质条件,模拟分析了工作面开采后煤柱支承压力的分布规律。模拟结果表明,支承压力峰值位于距采空区边缘11 m处,峰值应力集中系数约1.8;采空区边缘支承压力平均值约为7.23 MPa。从保护巷道角度出发,将孤岛工作面两巷沿采空区边缘布置,设计了孤岛工作面回采巷道高强柔性锚棚支护方案,工作面回采期间巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制。Due to the influence of sliding geological structures,the coal seam thickness of Lugou Coal Mine is large and extremely soft,making maintenance of the working face roadway very difficult.In response to the special geological conditions of the isolated coal pillar working face in the 21st mining area of Lugou Coal Mine,the distribution law of coal pillar support pressure after mining was simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the peak support pressure is located at 11 m away from the edge of the goaf,and the peak stress concentration factor is about 1.8;The average supporting pressure at the edge of the goaf is about 7.23 MPa.From the perspective of protecting the roadway,the two lanes of the isolated working face were arranged along the edge of the goaf,and a high-strength and flexible anchor shed support scheme was designed for the mining roadway of the isolated working face.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was effectively controlled during the mining period of the working face.
